Hampton Roads Duck Race
The Children’s Health Investment Program is a 501(c)3 organization that exists to promote healthier communities by supporting healthier kids, ages 0-6. Staffed by Registered Nurses and Parent Educators, the teams identify, track and support families in the program until the youngest child is age 6. Needs are identified and clients are connected to resources in the Continuum of Care Network, Parent Education classes, and home visits from our RNs.
