Elite Service & Enterprises was founded in May 2014 with a focused mission: bring real Class A craftsmanship to commercial customers across Hampton Roads. Twelve years later, that mission still drives the business.
We're not a national chain. We're not a franchise. We're a Chesapeake-headquartered contractor with field crews who live in the cities they serve. When a Norfolk restaurant calls us with a refrigeration issue, they're getting a team that knows the building, knows the neighborhood, and shows up.
Today we run six commercial trades, serve eight Hampton Roads cities, and bring over 100 years of combined trade experience to every project. We've grown the way good contractors grow: by doing the work right and earning the next call.

We hold Class A licensure across electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration trades. That means we handle the full scope in-house, no subcontractor coordination, one team start to finish.
