For most commercial systems, twice-yearly preventive maintenance is the standard: a spring service before cooling season and a fall service before heating season. This includes coil cleaning, filter changes, refrigerant charge checks, electrical inspection, and condensate line service. Restaurants and high-use facilities may benefit from quarterly service. We offer maintenance contracts that handle this on a scheduled cadence.
Commercial kitchens generate significant heat load from cooking equipment, dishwashers, and refrigeration, and they require makeup air to balance the exhaust hood pulling air out of the building. The HVAC system has to handle the heat load while staying coordinated with the makeup air unit and dining room comfort. Most generic HVAC contractors don't design for these conditions. We do.
