If you're new to Elite Service, the fastest path is to start a service relationship during regular hours, Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:00p. We document your equipment, your access, and your contacts so when an emergency hits, we're already prepared.

Emergency service fees apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday dispatch. Specific rates depend on your service agreement and the nature of the call. We're transparent about fees on the dispatch call, before the tech is rolling. the Elite Advantage Program often include reduced emergency rates.
