Emergency calls receive same-day response. New customers can reach the Chesapeake office Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

When an established customer calls our emergency line, we focus on the problem, the risk to your operation, and getting the right technician moving in the right direction.

We identify the appropriate on-call technician, review available equipment and service history, and prepare for the likely failure before dispatch.
Emergency calls are prioritized for same-day response, with dispatch based on technician location, traffic, service area, and the nature of the emergency.
We diagnose the failure, work to restore or stabilize the equipment, document what was found, and identify any follow-up work needed.

Transparent Pricing
Emergency service fees apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday dispatch. Specific rates depend on your service agreement and the nature of the call. We're transparent about fees on the dispatch call, before the tech is rolling. the Elite Advantage Program often include reduced emergency rates.
