Our 30+ years in the business means our techs have hands-on experience with virtually every commercial brand in service.
For established customers, we dispatch as quickly as possible. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with 24/7 emergency response available for after-hours equipment failures. For most issues we can have a tech on-site same-day or next-day depending on call volume. Emergency service fees apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls.
Yes. New restaurant openings, kitchen remodels, and equipment replacements are core to our work. Because we hold Class A licensure for electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration trades, we handle the full installation including gas line, water supply, drain plumbing, electrical power, ventilation integration, and equipment commissioning. One contractor for the entire kitchen.
Generally, if the repair cost exceeds 50 percent of replacement on equipment that's 10+ years old, replacement is the better long-term call. Energy efficiency improvements on newer equipment often pay for replacement within a few years. We give honest assessments and provide both repair and replacement quotes so you can make an informed decision based on your operation.
Yes for many brands. We hold factory-trained certifications and authorized service status with multiple manufacturers, which means warranty work goes through us properly and you don't void coverage. For equipment outside our direct authorization, we coordinate with the manufacturer's authorized service network.
Yes. Scheduled preventive maintenance reduces emergency breakdowns, extends equipment life, and keeps your operation running predictably. Programs are tailored to your specific equipment list and the volume of your operation. For multi-location restaurant groups, we offer consolidated programs across all locations.
