Become a Select Customer.
A Higher Level of Commercial Service.
Preventive Maintenance Is the Commitment. Select Service Is the Advantage.
Elite Advantage isn't something you buy. It's the service level we reserve for commercial customers who commit to proactively maintaining their facilities with Elite. You give us the preventive-maintenance relationship. We build the service operation around knowing your locations, your equipment and your priorities before something goes wrong.
You Maintain It. We Learn It.
Traditional service starts over every time something breaks. Elite Advantage is designed to do the opposite. Scheduled preventive maintenance keeps us inside your operation throughout the year, building equipment history, learning your locations and identifying problems before the next emergency call. You commit to maintaining the equipment. We commit to knowing the operation.
No Membership Fee. A Real Commitment.
Elite Advantage is not a discount club and it is not a subscription bolted onto your service bill. It is a mutual operating agreement built around proactive maintenance.
You pay for the preventive-maintenance work we perform. You do not pay an additional monthly fee simply to receive Select status.
Quarterly visits keep Elite engaged with the equipment and the facility instead of showing up cold only after something has failed.
Priority dispatch, documented equipment, defined emergency access and cross-trade support are reserved for customers who maintain that commitment.
Nine Maintenance Tasks. Staggered Throughout the Year.
Elite Advantage keeps a quarterly service cadence without stacking every maintenance task into every visit. Your annual PM scope is intentionally distributed across Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 based on the equipment, season and operating needs of your facility.
Four scheduled visits. One coordinated annual maintenance plan. The work is distributed across the year and performed by Elite Service technicians at the time-and-material rate quoted in your custom proposal.
Invest in the Equipment. Not the Utility Company.
Preventive maintenance is not only about avoiding breakdowns. It is also about how hard your equipment has to work every hour it is running.
Dirty condenser and evaporator coils make heat transfer harder. Restricted filters and poor airflow force HVAC systems to work longer. Worn or leaking refrigeration door gaskets let heat back into equipment you are paying to keep cold. The equipment may still be running, while quietly costing you more to operate.
When the Heat Hits, the Difference Shows.
During the hottest weeks of summer, our phones get considerably busier. Commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems are running harder, outdoor conditions are punishing, and equipment that has been neglected starts exposing every weakness at once.
And year after year, we see the same pattern: a disproportionate share of those peak-season emergency calls come from businesses we have not been maintaining. Our Elite Advantage customers often call us less during the exact weeks everyone else's equipment seems to be failing.
That is not because Select Customers own magically indestructible equipment. It is because the coils were cleaned, filters were changed, electrical components were inspected, airflow issues were addressed and legitimate problems had a chance to be identified before the equipment was asked to survive the hardest loads of the year.
Programs Tailored to How You Actually Operate.
Restaurants don't operate like hotels. Hotels don't operate like grocers. Property managers don't operate like any of them. Every Elite Advantage agreement is scoped around the realities of your industry.
"It's Friday at 6 PM. The walk-in is climbing. Saturday brunch is in 14 hours. You need a contractor who already knows your equipment."
"Guest complaints don't wait for business hours. Breakfast service starts at 6 AM. You need a contractor who treats your operation like a 24-hour business, because it is."
"Refrigerated inventory is your business. A walk-in failure isn't an inconvenience, it's a six-figure problem. You need a contractor who protects your cold chain."
"Multiple buildings, multiple tenants, multiple equipment lists. You need one contractor with the licensing to cover all of it, one point of contact, one consolidated relationship."
The Real Benefits of Being a Select Customer.
The PM visit is only the foundation. The real Advantage is what changes when Elite already knows your operation before the next service call happens.
Priority Dispatch
Select Customers receive priority routing ahead of transactional service calls when scheduling and emergency conditions allow. Your account, locations and equipment are already established before the call comes in.
Walk-In Refrigeration Standard Rates
Select Customers receive Advantage pricing on qualifying service calls and defined refrigeration response situations according to the agreement. The benefit is tied to an active preventive-maintenance relationship, not a one-time discount.
Documented Equipment Inventory
Covered equipment is cataloged with available make, model, serial information and service history. The goal is simple: your technician should not have to start from zero every time the truck pulls up.
Warranty Work Prioritized
If your covered equipment has warranty work, we handle it ahead of standard service calls. No waiting in line for repairs that should already be covered.
Multi-Location Coverage
Qualifying locations can operate under the same Select relationship. For larger restaurant groups, hospitality organizations and commercial portfolios, Elite Portfolio Service Management extends that structure across the operation.
Select Status Is Earned
If two consecutive scheduled quarterly PM periods are missed, the account may be removed from Elite Advantage. If Advantage pricing was used and the maintenance commitment was not fulfilled, the difference to standard service rates may be invoiced under the agreement. The program protects a real partnership, not a one-call discount.
Elite Advantage isn't something you buy. It's a relationship we earn every quarter.
We don't want customers paying us for the privilege of being our customer. We want the preventive-maintenance relationship because it lets us know the equipment, know the facility and be better prepared when something goes wrong. In return, Select Customers get a higher level of access and service. If we want more of your business, our job is to keep earning it.
How Select Status Actually Works.
No gimmicks. No subscription for the sake of having one. The commitment and the benefits are straightforward.
Let's Build the Relationship.
