Walk-In Refrigeration Standard Rates

Members get standard rates on walk-in refrigeration calls received before 12:00 PM during regular business hours. The walk-in fails Tuesday morning, you get standard service, not emergency pricing.

Documented Equipment Inventory

Every piece of covered equipment is cataloged with make, model, serial, and a running service history. When a tech rolls up, they know your equipment before they walk in.

Warranty Work Prioritized

If your covered equipment has warranty work, we handle it ahead of standard service calls. No waiting in line for repairs that should already be covered.

Multi-Location Coverage

One agreement, every location. Restaurant groups, hotel chains, property portfolios: the same Select Customer rates and benefits extend to every site you operate.

Cancel Anytime

The agreement runs annually with auto-renewal, but either party can cancel at any time. We earn your business every year. If we're not delivering value, you're not locked in.

What Buyers Usually Ask.

The questions we hear most often during proposal conversations.

Quarterly preventive maintenance is performed at our time and material rates, which are quoted on your custom proposal based on your equipment list, the number of locations, and the scope of work. There's no membership fee, and pricing is fully transparent before you sign anything. Many members find that the cost of quarterly maintenance is partially or fully offset by reduced emergency calls and extended equipment life.
The agreement runs annually with automatic renewal, but either party can cancel at any time. We don't use locked-in contracts designed to trap customers. If we aren't delivering value, you're not stuck. We earn your business each year by showing up four times a year and doing what we said we'd do.
Every quarterly visit covers the same nine-item checklist at every site: indoor refrigeration cleaning, ice machine service, HVAC filters and belts, electrical panel thermal inspection, interior and exterior lighting checks, rooftop condenser coil cleaning, exhaust and makeup air service, and walk-in refrigeration inspection. Specific scope can be tailored to your equipment list during the proposal phase if any of these don't apply to your operation.
Members get priority dispatch on all between-quarter service calls at the Select Customer rate. Walk-in refrigeration calls received before 12:00 PM during regular business hours are billed at standard rates, not emergency rates. After-hours and weekend emergency service is also available for members who have completed four quarterly PMs in the program year.
The scope is built around what you actually have. If you don't have walk-in refrigeration, that line is removed. If you don't have a commercial kitchen, hood service comes out. Every proposal is custom to your equipment list. We don't bundle services you don't need to inflate the agreement.
Absolutely. Many of our multi-location members started with a single restaurant, hotel, or property and expanded the agreement scope as the relationship developed. Once you're a Select Customer, the program's benefits extend automatically to every additional location you add.
